Rates and reservations

Book a room
Choose a room (boomklever or boomkruiper), an available arrival date and the days you want to stay. Your departure date is the next day, you do not have to select it. If you prefer to book by phone: 0031593-769035. Sending an e-mail to info@de-mantinger-es.nl works as well.
Do you want to book longer or have other wishes: please feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail.
The bookingform below is in Dutch, but it's easy to fill. The automatic reply in you mailbox will also be Dutch, but don't worry: we speak English! You can ask your questions in your e-mail or call in English. The confirmation will also be in English.

Practical information
The same rates apply to both rooms. Rates are all-inclusive: including breakfast, linens, towels, final cleaning and VAT. Coffee and tea are free, just like WiFi. We do not charge a reservation fee, tourist tax is also included.
Arrival and leave
Check-in is possible from 15:00, check-out before 10:00. Please call or e-mail us if this is not possible for you. Arrival and departure can be 7 days a week. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. Your reservation is final when we have received your payment.
Lunch
Prices are excluding lunch unless otherwise stated in an arrangement. In the tearoom grilled cheese sandwiches and panini's are always available. If you leave the rest of the day, we can provide a packed lunch for 7.50.
Dinner
There are several good restaurants in the area. The nearest is De Voscheheugte, 1500 meters from the Mantinger Es. Open during the high season except Tuesday every day until 20:00. If you wish, we can make reservations for you there. Please add it in the box under opmerkingen. In Westerbork at 6 km you will find on the mainroad (Hoofdstraat) several other restaurants: De Ar, Brasserie Diggels, Het wapen van Westerbork and De Turfsteker. There are also a snackbar and a pizzeria. If you want advice please feel free to contact us.
Pets
More and more people are suffering from a pet allergy. Although we are big animal lovers, we have therefore chosen not to allow pets.
Payment
After booking you will receive an invoice from us. The invoice amount can be transferred to our account number, it's on the invoice. Consumption etc., which you use during your stay you can pay in cash as well as with PIN.
